We have been granted approval for 6 light industrial starter units in Huddersfield, which will open up opportunities for small businesses to obtain premises within the area. The stone fronted units are set within a self contained secure site with large access and parking areas to the front for occupiers and visitors, ideal for smaller or start up companies wishing to grow.

The project has been increased in size to accomodate an extra 2m floor area to the entire building over that of the previously approved scheme, giving much more floor area to the main living areas of the property.
