Planning Granted for 2 new Dwellings in North Leeds

Today we received planning approval for 2 new dwellings set within a north Leeds Conservation area. The site provides a secluded setting for the two new dwellings, which are designed with the host dwelling and the conservation area as a whole in mind, whist retaining a modern and appealing aesthetic.

We are really pleased with it, the difference and space it has made to the house has been amazing and we’ve had so many comments, even from our builders, at how well it’s been designed.”
