This week we have had planning granted to significantly alter and extend a detached property in the Adel Area of North Leeds. The scheme looks to modernise the dated appearance, whilst providing more accommodation through the opening up of the ground floor and extending out at the rear, along with an increased roof height and associated bedroom space being created within the loft space

We have had Planning granted for the conversion of an existing outbuilding and a new door opening to a property in Leeds. The conversion allows for a new home working office space within a unused storage building within the garden, whilst the new full width, full height doors to the main house will provide masses of natural light into the new open plan area inside
