After 9 months of negotiations with the local authority and their various consultees, we are happy to say we have this week been granted approval for the demolition of an existing building and erection of a new purpose built day care facility in the heart of Dodworth, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

This week we have had Planning granted for a Single storey rear extension; re-roof, new porch to front and decking area to the rear of a bungalow in Bardsey, Leeds. The alterations look to take a tired existing bungalow, and provide the owners with a modern forever home, renovated to their specific needs.
