We have received planning approval for a contemporary extension and internal alterations to a property within the Roundhay Conservation area in North Leeds. The proposed will open up the rear of the living and dining space to the garden, whilst creating a secluded snug area with window seat facing into the garden. The front of the property has been kept in a traditional appearance to retain the character of the surrounding conservation area, whilst the use of standing seam zinc cladding and timber finishes provide a modern aesthetic to the private garden area to the rear of house.
