This week, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully received planning permission for the demolition of an existing garage; this will be followed by the construction of a brand new garage, carport, and annexe in Alwoodley, North Leeds.
The garage is designed to provide convenient parking for two vehicles with storage, complemented by an adjacent games room located at the floor ground level.
On the upper floor, we have incorporated an additional bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and dressing area, as well as an inviting open-plan living area featuring a large glazed wall that overlooks the garden. This new living space is thoughtfully linked to the host property via an elevated access point at the first floor level, which bridges over the ground floor entrance.
