After a year-long planning process, during which the original planning application was regrettably refused by the local authority, we’re pleased to share that we have finally received full planning approval from the planning inspectorate following a comprehensive 5-month-long appeal process. The successful proposal allows for the construction of a spacious 5-bedroom detached family property, featuring an impressive total area of approximately 3,900 square feet. The design incorporates a modern open-plan layout on the ground floor, good sized bedrooms with en-suites to the upper floor, and galleried landing to the entrance hall, whilst externally blending traditional aesthetics and materials to complement its picturesque semi-rural surroundings.
