Another planning permission was granted this week. The approved proposals include a single-storey rear extension, landscaping alterations, and the replacement of the garage door with a new window to enable the integral garage to be converted into habitable room. These changes will create more usable living space, improve the connection between the home and garden, and allow for the creation of a dedicated new home office.
